The objective is to equip our students with employability skills so that they are prepared to meet the ever challenging demands of the job market, while imbibing professionalism.

PLACEMENT CELL

Training and placement cell is a vital organ of our institution. Our institution organizes campus recruitments and training programs throughout the academic year in an endeavor to prepare students for campus placements. Various companies visit our campus regularly to conduct their placements and find their workforce within our institution. The most sought-after employability skills are being instilled in our students. As a result, we were successful in placing 65% of our students in the many multinational companies with an annual pay package of 2 - 2.5 Lakhs/annum. Apart from on-campus placements, we even prepare our students for off campus placements too. The Cell has modern infrastructure facilities for accommodating the different companies within the campus and also for imparting training to the students.

PLACEMENT CELL FUNCTIONING

The placement cell of the college is headed by placement coordinator who is a senior faculty member of the college. The cell has four members and student representatives from all the classes. The members and student representatives interact with the placement coordinator for daily functioning of the cell.

  • Guiding students for placement in credible organizations
  • Conducting seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews as part of career guidance and personality development sessions
  • Acting as an information center for students in job opportunities
  • Arranging mock sessions for enhancing the communication skills, group discussion techniques, and written test which are the general screening methods used by the organizations these days
  • Developing a strong bond between industry and students by keeping up to the expectations of both
  • Arranging guest lectures by eminent personalities from the industry so as to emphasis on the ever changing needs of the industry and how to make one ready for it
  • Continuously updating the database for meeting the different requirements from the organizations and to make students chose the best possible company and remunerations
  • Updating various departments about the requirements of the industry so as to enable them to get the students ready for the external world
