About Us

INFANT JESUS JUNIOR AND DEGREE COLLEGE, an institute of higher education run by the Archdiocese of Hyderabad, was established in 2010 (Junior) and 2012 (Degree) with affiliation to Osmania University.

Our College is located at Velankanni Nagar, Shamshabad, in an atmosphere of silence and serenity conducive to learning and research. Ever since its inception Infant Jesus Junior and Degree College has been serving the society by shaping the careers of the students keeping in view the changing socio-economic environment.

Infant Jesus Junior College offers MPC, BiPC, MEC and CEC courses. Degree College confers Undergraduate degrees in B.Com (General), B.Com. (Computers) and BBA. We have well- qualified and committed faculty with more than 15 years of teaching experience. Our College is deemed to be one of the best co-educational institutions of higher learning in the city of Shamshabad.

Our College has well-established infrastructure, airy classrooms, multimedia room, computer lab with internet, science labs, library, and canteen. We have primary medical health care room and a counselling centre to help the needy. Free bus connectivity is available from Shamshabad bus stand. Students are engaged in sports and extracurricular activities such as art, craft, singing, and acting. Utilities provided in the campus include free parking, drinking water, wi-fi (in-class), and accessibility for the differently abled.

Making optimum use of autonomy Our College introduces many add-ons and Skill Oriented Courses to equip the students with specific soft skills (Communicative English, Decision- making, Public speaking skills) to make them employable and also opt for higher education in emerging areas. These courses include NEET, IIT, JEE (Main), EAMCET and CA (CPT).
