Infant Jesus Junior College offers MPC, BiPC, MEC and CEC courses. Degree College confers Undergraduate degrees in B.Com (General), B.Com. (Computers) and BBA. We have well-qualified and committed faculty with more than 15 years of teaching experience. Our College is deemed to be one of the best co-educational institutions of higher learning in the city of Shamshabad.

The Junior College offers instruction in the following subjects:-

Part I: English

Part II: Second Language (Hindi, Telugu, Sanskrit and Arabic)

Part III: a) Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry

b) Biology, Physics and Chemistry

c) Mathematics, Economics and Commerce

d) Civics, Economics and Commerce

Our College has well-established infrastructure, airy classrooms, multimedia room, and computer lab with internet, science labs, library, and canteen. We have a primary medical health care room and a counseling centre to help the needy. Free bus connectivity is available from Shamshabad bus stand. Students are engaged in sports and extracurricular activities such as art, craft, singing, and acting. Utilities provided in the campus include free parking, drinking water, wi-fi (in-class), and accessibility for the differently abled.

Making optimum use of autonomy Our College introduces many add-ons and Skill Oriented Courses to equip the students with specific soft skills (Communicative English, Decision-making, Public speaking skills) to make them employable and also opt for higher education in emerging areas. These courses include NEET, IIT, JEE(Main), EAMCET and CA(CPT).

ADMISSION POLICY & PROCESS

  1. Infant Jesus Degree College is affiliated to Osmania University and offers two streams. i.e. Commerce and Management.
  2. Admissions are taken through the Dost.
  3. The college provides a transparent & fair admission process for the students irrespective of socioeconomic, cultural barriers.
  4. The admission procedure of UG is ensured strictly following norms & guidelines issued by the Dost.
  5. The students who have passed intermediate or equivalent examination shall be eligible to join first year of UG degree course.
  6. The following documents or original certificate should be submitted by the candidate seeking admission to a course

    a) Original marks memo of the qualifying examination (Intermediate, 10 +2)

    b) Transfer certificate & conduct certificate

    c) Community Certificate

    d) Photos

    e) Self reporting copy issued by Dost

  7. Admission will be given to the students when they come along with the parent only.
  8. Guidance will be given to the students regarding selection of the group which is interested to them.
  9. Following the guidelines of the Osmania University regarding the readmission of the students who are detained.
